I have sold a property at 2150 Imperial Ave in San Diego.

The first two of these parcels have the improvements on them, occupied by nine different tenants. The third parcel is a vacant lot occupied by a carwash. Excellent corner location at Imperial Avenue and 22nd St., across from Walmart. Property does not have historic designation, however it is located in the Sherman Heights historic district. Highest and best use may be to build new commercial.
